I Went For A Walk With My Camera Today

Recently I sold my full frame camera to be able to buy Bus lessons. This has left me with the original camera my wife bought me and only one manual prime lens with a fixed focal length. Although the camera is on its last legs and the electronics in it going haywire, causing me to fiddle with it a bit to get it right, it’s still a powerful camera. The lens is really powerful and is really designed for portraits more than anything else.

With that in mind I decided to challenge myself today and see what I could take a picture of using this prime lens. I headed for the local Monastery grounds of Collon. There’s not a whole lot to photograph here except for some interesting old trees. I took numerous pics but settled on developing three I thought were interesting. As the pictures speak for themselves I will let you view them and enjoy the silent conversation between you and the image.

If you have any questions let me know.
